Stillpaper is a native universal App Store notebook. iPad opens to a six-tile Home (Paper, Daily, Meeting, Learning, Capture, Desk) with handwritten labels, then Focus Desk for Apple Pencil. iPhone = pocket shelf (review, search, Field Capture). Free includes Meeting Notes. Stillpaper Complete is a one-time unlock ($29.99 USD in StoreKit; may vary by region). Meeting Pro pack from $3.99.

## Meeting workflow (near term — no cloud bots)

Stillpaper does **not** connect to Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom accounts and does **not** join calls as a recording bot. Meetings land on the desk via:

1. Meeting Notes template (free) and Meeting Pro Agenda & Actions (one-time pack)
2. Field Capture — photo on iPhone → notebook on iPad
3. PDF / file import you choose, then Apple Pencil annotate + export
